$10 flat rate shipping on all orders under $120 Australia wide.

EXPRESS SHIPPING flat rate of $15 Australia wide.

Please allow 3 - 6 business days for your order to arrive.

STORE PICKUP is free & available from our Kyabram store. Please select "Pick up in store" option at the checkout ♥ 

Returns :

Returns must be sent back within 7 days of receiving.

Please email lovefromindie@gmail.com before sending returns back.

Please supply us with your invoice #, name and reason for return ♥

There is no refunds for change of mind. If the item is too big or small and the item is in stock in the other size, it can be exchanged. Store credits will be applied to all returns unless goods are found faulty. Postage costs are buyers responsibility and no postage costs will be credited/refunded.

Returns must meet the following conditions

• Sent back within 7 days of receiving
• Item in original, unworn & unwashed condition
• All tags & extras (buttons) attached
• No makeup stains or other marks
• Not a sale item

Once your return has been assessed you will receive a credit discount code. This code can not be applied to future postage costs.

Your credit note will last 12 months from the date of issue.

Sale Items :

There is no returns on sale priced items. Sale items are priced to clear so please choose carefully as we do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items.

Faulty goods:

We thoroughly check all items before posting, in the rare case of a fault you will either receive an exchange for the same item or a full refund ♥
